DOULA PACKAGES
Birth Doula Packages:
Choose the customized support package that's right for you!
All packages include a prenatal consultation, assistance with your birth plan, and on-call availability at the end of your pregnancy. Choose anything from a "virtual" doula, to a full-service package including multiple classes & postpartum care!
Although I cannot bill most insurance plans directly, some families are able to submit a copy of their final paid invoice, along with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their care provider, to request partial reimbursement from their insurance company. (learn more)
For those with Medicaid coverage, a Provider Referral Form will need to be signed by your OB/Midwife/Doctor before I can begin the onboarding process.
Do you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)? Birth Doula fees and Childbirth Classes are eligible for direct payment or reimbursement with your FSA or HSA; although you may need a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from your care provider, and an updated invoice from me to send to your company. You can pay with your card directly via Paypal or Square, or you may request reimbursement from your HSA/FSA company for the amount paid.
Postpartum Doula Packages:
Daytime postpartum support is typically scheduled in 4-hour shifts, helping you to meet your needs in order to have a more positive recovery! Your support package is personalized according to your needs; this could include caring for baby while you shower/sleep, assistance with light housework, meal preparation, assistance with feeding/diapering/nutrition, etc.
Add on additional hours of support for $35/hr.
Overnight Baby Care Packages:
Overnight doula support (like a night nurse) includes caring for your baby while you sleep, giving you peace of mind while you catch up on much needed rest. I will bring the baby in to nurse as needed (or bottle feed if you choose), burp & change diapers, get them back down to sleep, and assist with washing bottles & pump parts.
Add on additional hours of support for $30/hr.
Planned Loss
The decision to end a pregnancy - for whatever reason, whether due to personal choice, medical necessity, or previously unforeseen circumstances - can be one of the most difficult decisions that you may have to make in your life. It can be lonely & isolating. This may not be a decision that you feel you can share safely & openly with your family and friends. You may feel anxiety & fear, not knowing what to expect. Maybe you just need someone calm & safe to sit with, to help you to process these complicated feelings.
As an abortion doula, my role is not to influence your decision making one way or the other; I will be supporting you in whatever decision that you choose to make for yourself. I am here to provide you with unbiased & nonjudgmental support before, during, and after the procedure. This includes education about the process, in-person or virtual support on the day of the procedure, comfort measures, and post-procedure processing support.
You do not have to go through this alone.
