Service Description

As a birth doula, it is my job to help provide you with knowledge – I will help you to find the resources you need before birth, so that you can make informed decisions about your care. I will provide you with evidenced-based information on common procedures and interventions, and answers to your questions before, during, and after birth. We will prepare a birth plan (if desired), and discuss preparations for postpartum recovery & parenting.
