Beef Stew (for Swelling)

  • Feb 21, 2018
  • 1 min read

This is a delicious stew that you can prepare ahead of time and eat over several days – and it helps to reduce swelling, especially in the final month of pregnancy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 head of cabbage (chopped)

  • 1-2 cans of Ro-Tel  (or diced tomatoes if you don’t like the extra flavor)

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • Season to taste

  • Water

Directions:

Brown and drain the ground beef.

Fill a large stock pot 1/3 full with water.

Add ground beef, cabbage, Ro-Tel, onion, and season as you like.

Bring to a boil and let simmer for several minutes.

Serve immediately, and refrigerate any leftovers.
