This meal can be cooked and served immediately, OR you can mix all ingredients (except for noodles) in a freezer bag to save for later.
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 lb Beef Stew Meat
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 packet Onion soup mix
1 tsp minced garlic
1 bag of Egg Noodles
Directions:
Put all ingredients (except for noodles) in slow cooker, cook 4 hours on high or 6 on low. Serve over egg noodles (prepared according to package).
