This is super easy to make, will keep for days, and is a GREAT way to boost your protein & veggie intake!!
Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip
Ingredients:Â
2 lb container lowfat cottage cheese
1 ranch seasoning packet
(Optional: toss in spinach or other leafy greens for a vitamin boost!)
Directions:Â
Blend cottage cheese and ranch seasoning in a food processor.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Serve with cucumber slices, baby carrots, sliced peppers, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, or anything else that you prefer.
