This meal can be cooked and served immediately, OR you can mix all ingredients in a freezer bag to save for later.
Hearty Beef Stew
1.5-2 lb of cubed beef stew meat (Toss the meat in either flour or corn starch)
1/2 onion, chopped
Diced potatoes (2-3)
1 Bay leaf
Salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic to taste
Peas (optional – add during last hour)
Cook on high for about 4 hours, or low for 6-8.
(If you want thicker stew you can add more flour, corn starch, or potato flakes)
