Greek Yogurt Spinach Artichoke Dip

This version of Spinach Artichoke Dip is made with Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese – so it’s much healthier, and a GREAT way to increase your protein intake!!

Greek Yogurt Spinach Artichoke Dip


  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 bags spinach leaves

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (sliced)

  • 1 lb container Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • Garlic, salt, and pepper (to taste)


  • Wilt spinach and olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

  • Reduce heat and add chopped artichoke hearts.

  • Remove from heat and add yogurt, cheese, and seasonings.

  • Refrigerate before serving.

  • Serve with chopped vegetables or whole grain bread.
